I have represented many clients in business negotiations and transactions. My practice includes serving as outside general counsel handling “as needed” legal matters such as real estate transactions, master service agreements, lien filings, bond claims, collections, contract negotiations, and similar matters for businesses of all sizes in various industries. 

Primarily though, I am a real estate and business attorney who relishes the challenges associated with helping clients resolve complex disputes. I handle a docket of over 60 homeowners associations, which includes advising their board of directors on their legal compliance and various issues. Through my experience, I am able to handle large dockets of varying legal issues and can be in charge of teams in providing resolutions to multiple matters. I am currently in charge of a docket of over 100 matters and direct legal assistants and other attorneys in the representation of those matters.
